February can be tough can’t it?
Can we remember our New Year’s resolutions?
And my Saturday morning run today was more like a Tough Mudder!
Just like nature itself though there’s work going on below the surface.
One of my essential tasks as a member of the Career Development Institute is keeping a log of my continuous professional development (CPD). With my membership up for renewal I’ve checked all is updated, and considered my learning for the year. I realised how much I had learned this year (or at the very least been exposed to). I’m looking forward to how I can learn and grow in the next 12 months. I feel excited for the positive impact that could have for you, my wonderful seekers.
Just as our environment is getting a good watering ahead of the Spring have we got the opportunity this month to feed ourselves with revision, knowledge or the encouraging words of friends and allies?

🎓Training Highlight:
The UK Government recently publicised its AI Skills Hub to help us all understand AI better, and learn more about how it can help us in our daily lives and work.
My review – the first course I undertook was quite text-heavy. It was short, and highlighted basic areas where AI now features in Microsoft 365 packages.
Give it a go if you feel your next role will require a greater understanding of the potential of AI to speed up your work.
