Careers With Intent provide support and advice to learning providers across all aspects of career guidance and employability.

I am a registered career development practitioner who’s experience has been gained in a number of positions including Student Services Director, Head of Careers and Careers Manager. I have engaged with the Gatsby Benchmarks, AGCAS Membership Quality Standard, Matrix accreditation, the Merlin Standard and Ofsted.
Examples of projects include design of undergraduate employability modules, ensuring accessibility for an inclusive curriculum, quality audits for continuous service improvement, strategic development of an autism charity’s employability service, and careers presentations and careers guidance – both face-to-face and online.  Â
