Our career chat will last up to an hour and will be followed up with a personalised support pack. I take a strengths-based approach focusing on positive opportunity. My aim is for you to have a clear sense of possible next steps, understand how you can make choices that work for you and help you progress into a state of readiness to move forward.
Conversations take place online but if you are local to Buckinghamshire and would prefer to meet in person this can be arranged. I love to “walk and talk” so if you do too, just let me know.
I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation before you commit so we can get to know each other and ensure I can support you with your goals. A one-hour career chat with personalised support pack costs £90.
I offer a range of practical coaching, mentoring and strategic planning packages to suit busy teams.
I am certified in The Positive Method™, with the aim of supporting organisations in building a culture which values strengths-based leadership and where team members bring their strengths to work every day.
With experience supporting individuals with additional needs, and graduates entering the labour market, I offer advice on approaches which will support people to be impactful in their role.
Having delivered successful submissions for a variety of quality standards means I understand how your approach to equality and diversity will dovetail with other organisational objectives demonstrating your commitment to your people and customers alike.
